with light south winds becoming east by late Wednesday.
Transport winds may become light on Wednesday with
dispersion likely to be lower than in previous days,
however increasing east to southeast winds are expected
beginning Thursday. General rainfall of one half (0.50)
to one inch (1.00) is expected today through Thursday.
