.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures through the end of the week and into the weekend will
mostly be below normal. There is a chance of rain each day across at
least a portion of the area with isolated thunderstorms possible.
Minimum relative humidity values will be above 15 percent Wednesday
and Thursday expect along the Rio Grande and portions of Culberson
County. Low RH values will expand across most of the area on Friday
but will improve over the weekend with min RH values generally around
35 percent. Winds will mostly be below 20 mph except in the Guadalupe
Mountains during the afternoons.
