.DISCUSSION...

A displaced upper ridge and a cold front will bring cooler
temperatures and scattered showers and thunderstorms to West Texas
and Southeast New Mexico into the weekend.  Any storms that do
develop may be accompanied by gusty and erratic winds.  Recovery
overnight and Thursday night will be moderate to excellent.
Relative humidity will bottom out at 22-59% Tursday afternoon, and
21-49% Friday.
