Fire Weather Forecast for southern Oregon and northern California
National Weather Service Medford, OR
234 PM PDT Tue May 22 2018

.DISCUSSION...A low to the south is bringing moisture and instability
to the area. Upper level disturbances rotating around the low will
combine with surface heating to support showers and thunderstorm
activity this afternoon. Any thunderstorms could produce occasional
lightning strikes and gusty, erratic winds. This activity will peak
Wednesday afternoon and evening, but showers and thunderstorms will
continue Thursday through Friday, peaking during the afternoon and
evening hours.
