...Gusty northeast winds and drying air mass on Wednesday across
the forecast area...

.DISCUSSION... There will be a chance for rain later tonight into
Tuesday as a cold front moves through the region. A dry airmass
and east winds are expected Wednesday. The east winds will be a
slight concern for areas in northern California that still haven`t
seen wetting rain. Moderate to poor recoveries are expected over
higher terrain Wednesday night. Dry weather and light winds will
occur Thursday through this weekend. Wetter weather is expected
for the last week of November.
