.DISCUSSION...Gusty southeast winds develop Monday, with gusts
over 40 mph possible across western MN during the afternoon.
However, increasing moisture flow into the area will keep RH
values from dropping below 40 percent, helping mitigate fire
weather concerns. Showers and thunderstorms are expected Monday
night into Tuesday morning with rainfall amounts between 0.5-1"
likely. Additional periods of showers and thunderstorms are
possible through Thursday, with a drier forecast looking more
likely for the end of the week into next weekend.
