.DISCUSSION...
Stronger onshore flow and a deepening marine layer will spread
cooling inland with the marine layer deepening to around 2500 to
3000 feet tonight, remaining around 3000 feet into
Thursday, then rising to around 3500 feet for Friday through the
weekend. There will be stronger and gusty west winds for Thursday
afternoon through late Friday night with the stronger gusts for
the mountains and deserts mostly 45 to 55 mph. Cooler than average
conditions will continue into next week with chances for
precipitation increasing to 35 to 45 percent for Wednesday and
Thursday. Confidence is lower with the timing and potential
amounts. Daily chances for one inch or more of rainfall are 20
percent or less for the typically wetter locations.
No fire weather conditions are anticipated through next week.
