.DISCUSSION...
In the wake of this morning`s cold frontal passage, winds mainly out of the north
from 5-10 mph with occasional gusts up to 18 mph. Current RH values near
Bastrop are 60 percent. RH continues to decrease through the afternoon with minimum
values reaching near 35 percent around 3 pm. Otherwise, mostly clear skies and no
chance for rain. Some modest moisture returns for areas along and east of Interstate 35
for Saturday through Monday while western locations should remain around 30 to 40
percent. Another cold front will move through Monday night, bringing chances for
wetting rains for Monday night through Tuesday.
