...HEAVY RAINFALL OVERNIGHT THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.DISCUSSION...
Northeasterly winds will rapidly strengthen around sunrise today,
with sustained speeds around 20 knots and frequent 25-30 knot
gusts through the mid-evening hours tonight. Seas at the incident
site will likely build to around 2 feet by the mid-morning hours.
Occasional mainly light showers this morning will become steady
this afternoon, followed by heavy downpours and the potential
for a few thunderstorms overnight through the early morning hours
on Wednesday. Severe thunderstorms are not expected. Winds will
shift to easterly and then southeasterly with decreasing speeds
after midnight, followed by an abrupt shift in wind direction to
westerly before sunrise on Wednesday. Rainfall will end before
noon on Wednesday, with breezy northwesterly winds of 10-15 knots
expected through the mid-afternoon hours before diminishing late
in the afternoon. Seas will fall back to around 1 foot later
tonight and Wednesday.
