FLOODING, BEACH EROSION, HIGH SURF AND DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS
THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK...

.DISCUSSION...
Strong northeasterly winds will continue to affect the area into early
next week. Gale force gusts continue along the nearshore waters with
gusts up to 40 mph possible over the site. Also, the combination of
strong onshore flow and higher than normal tides will lead to moderate
coastal flooding, high rip currents and high surf. A few afternoon
showers may move onshore today. Cooler and drier conditions last into
next week.
