.DISCUSSION...High pressure along the Gulf Coast will keep
conditions dry today. The high will slide to the east tonight,
with a storm system approaching from the southern Plains. Clouds
will increase, and so will rain chances in southwest Arkansas by
Wednesday morning. Rain will overspread the remainder of the
region on Wednesday.
