Warm and windy conditions will prevail across the Mid-South

Ohio Valley. A few light showers are possible through this evening
mainly east of the Mississippi River. A cold front will move across
the region this evening, resulting in cooler and dry weather on
Thursday. Temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 50s across
the Mid-South Thursday afternoon, tumbling into the mid 30s to
lower 40s by Friday morning.

A warming trend will take place Friday and Saturday, with
temperatures climbing toward 70 degrees by the weekend. However,
showers and thunderstorms will return to the forecast by Saturday
night, continuing into Monday.
