.DISCUSSION...

High pressure remains in control with generally dry conditions
in place. Although there is a small chance for a shower this
afternoon. Transport winds will be a bit lighter today with dispersion
a bit more limited than yesterday. That said, good dispersion
is still expected at the burn site by this afternoon. Light southeast
winds this morning should gradually veer to southerly early this
afternoon and southwesterly by mid to late afternoon. Relative humidity
will remain above critical thresholds. Patchy fog is possible this
morning and once again late tonight into Tuesday morning.

                    showers late in the afternoon.
