.DISCUSSION...Increasing onshore flow will strengthen westerly
winds after 1400 this afternoon. While temperatures will be
slightly warmer, this flow will import more moisture over the
incident, nudging min RH values upward slightly and will result
in some increase in clouds during the afternoon. It may also be
enough to trigger an isolated shower near the incident, however
better chances remain to the east. Overnight RH recoveries will
remain good. Cooler temperatures are expected for Sunday.
