.DISCUSSION...
Upper-level trough has moved east of the fire site causing the winds
to turn northeast to northwest in its wake on Saturday. Gradually,
the winds will turn southeast then southwest on Sunday as moderate
westerly flow returns to Norcal. A warming trend with lowering humidity
is forecast for Sunday, although winds will be relatively light and
likely more terrain-driven.
