.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered high based showers are expected today, which
may contain locally gusty winds. A stray lightning strike or two cannot be ruled out, but
coverage of lightning is expected to be very low.  There are some indications gusty
northerly outflow winds may impact the area this afternoon with gusts of 20 to 30 mph possible.
Improving conditions expected tomorrow. Temperatures today will be below normal and topping out
in the mid 80s.

                    afternoon.
