A moist and unstable air mass associated with a strong Pacific
storm system will continue to bring the potential for isolated
thunderstorms to the coastal waters through this evening. Any
thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing locally gusty
winds and rough seas, dangerous lightning, heavy rainfall with
reduced visibility, and waterspouts.

Before setting off and while underway, listen to NOAA weather
radio for the latest warning and forecasts.
