...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 20-60 nm...

At 1256 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 33 knots. This thunderstorm was
located 27 nm east of Playalinda Beach, moving southeast at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This strong thunderstorm will likely produce winds to around 33
knots, and could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
warning may eventually be required. Boaters should consider heading
for shore.
