At 919 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from 9 miles south of Royal Palm Ranger to near Pa-
Hay-Okee Overlook to 8 miles southwest of Everglades National Park,
moving northeast at 25 mph.

Through the next few hours, this activity will continue affecting
portions of southeastern Florida. Strong wind gusts, lightning,
funnel clouds, and locally heavy rainfall, along with reduced
visibilities, may accompany this activity. While uncertain, there
could eventually be the possibility for a locally damaging wind gust
with the stronger thunderstorms and localized flooding to occur if
the heavier thunderstorms were to repeatedly move over the same
locations for a couple of hours.

Locations impacted include...
Miami, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Miramar,
Davie, Miami Beach, Plantation, Sunrise, Homestead, Coral Gables, Key
Biscayne, South Miami, Surfside, Homestead General Airport, Miami
Gardens, Flamingo, Turkey Point and Virginia Key.
