.SYNOPSIS...Except for surface troughiness along the coast, high
pressure extends W over the area tonight through Sun. High
pressure shifts E Sun and Sun night ahead of an approaching cold
front. The cold front will move near the Carolina coast N of the
area Mon, and stall along and near the Carolina coast late Mon
and Mon night through Tue night with surface troughiness
extending S over the waters.
