New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will remain E of
the area today and tonight while a high pressure ridge builds
slowly S across the region. The ridge will then shift E of the
waters Thu and Thu night. Low pressure will develop S of the area
Wed night and Thu, then move slowly NE over the waters Thu night
through Fri night. The low will then move E of the region Sat and
Sat night as high pressure builds NW of the area. The high
pressure ridge will shift E of the area Sun as a cold front
approaches the coast Sun night.
