New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over New England
will build east over the area today, then weaken tonight. A weak
cold front will move south over the north portion tonight, then
pass east of the area Monday. Another high will build north of
the area Monday, then shift east of the region Monday night into
Tuesday. A warm front will lift north across the waters Tuesday
into Tuesday night while weakening. Another cold front will
approach the area from the northwest Wednesday, then move
southeast over the waters Wednesday night into Thursday. High
pressure will build southeast over the region Thursday night.
