New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong cold front will
approach from the W today into tonight, then move E across the
waters late tonight and Mon as low pressure tracks quickly NE
along the New England coast. The low will lift well N of the area
by Mon night, pulling the front E of the area, with another
secondary cold front tracking across the waters later Mon night
into Tue. High pressure will briefly build across the area Tue,
then will shift S Tue night. Another cold front will move across
the waters Wed and Wed night, followed by high pressure building
offshore Thu and Thu night as a low pressure trough forms near
the coast.
