New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will slowly
build E over the region tonight, then weaken Mon and Mon night.
Weak low pressure will develop along a surface trough in the Gulf
of Maine Mon into Mon night, stall later Mon night and Tue while
gradually strengthening, and then move E and SE Tue night while
pulling a strong cold front over the area. The low will intensify
E of the region Wed into Thu while pulling a series of low
pressure troughs or cold fronts over the waters. A high pressure
ridge will build E to the coast Wed night and Thu, then shift E
of the area Thu night into Fri. Another cold front will approach
the coast later Fri and Fri night.
