New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will approach
from the S and SW and track E passing just S of the waters today
and tonight. High pressure will pass just N of the region Sun,
then move NE of the area Sun night. Low pressure will move off
the Mid Atlantic coast Sun, then slowly track NE across the
southern waters Sun night through Mon while intensifying. A
strong cold front will move E over the area Mon into Mon night.
The low will continue to strengthen as it moves off to the NE Mon
night through Tue night. High pressure will build toward the
coast Tue and Tue night, then settle over the region Wed and Wed
night.
