New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will move
south across the waters tonight. High pressure will build over
the waters Thu, then shift south of the area Thu night. A strong
low pressure will pass north of the waters Thu night into Fri,
pulling a cold front towards the northern zones Fri night. The
front will slowly weaken and move S into the waters Sat and Sat
night, then stall over the southern portions Sun and Sun night.
The front will lift back N as a warm front Mon and Mon night.
