offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will slowly move
E over the waters today, and pass E of the area tonight as a warm
front approaches from the SW. Low pressure will move NE along the
coast Sun into Sun night, while lifting the warm front NE across
the waters. A strong cold front will move E across the waters Sun
night, followed by a secondary cold front Mon and Mon night. High
pressure will slowly build in from the W Tue through Wed night.
