New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front extends
from near the Virginia Capes eastward over the central waters
early this morning. The front will return N as a warm front
during the day today into tonight. Low pressure will move NE
from the Great Lakes later tonight into Wed night and pull a
cold front E and SE over the waters. The front will move SE away
from the area Thu and stall well to the S of the area Thu night
as high pressure builds E over southern New England. The high
will move E over the waters Fri through Sat, then shift E of the
area Sat night.
