...NWS Duluth Ends Frost/Freeze Products For Fall 2020...

The National Weather Service in Duluth, MN will suspend issuance
of frost and freeze products (Frost Advisory and Freeze
Watches/Warnings) due to a freeze having occurred across the
majority of the Northland. Every county across northeast Minnesota
and northwest Wisconsin has experienced freezing temperatures at
least once over the past few weeks, with many inland locations as
cold as the low to mid 20s this morning. While a few locations
along the Lake Superior shoreline have not had a freeze, the
majority of locations across the Northland have had at least one
killing freeze morning, so NWS Duluth will stop issuing frost and
freeze products for the season.

Those who have not experienced a frost or freeze and would like
to monitor for future temperature trends should visit for the latest forecast for their precise

Frost and freeze products will resume issuance next spring when
the growing season begins.
