freezing rain. Much colder. Lows 34 to 39. Northeast winds 10 to
15 mph.
.TUESDAY...Mostly cloudy. A 20 percent chance of rain in the
morning. Colder. Highs in the lower 40s in the mountains to around
50 along the Rio Grande. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain and
light freezing rain in the evening, then partly cloudy after
midnight. Lows in the lower 30s. North winds 10 to 15 mph shifting
to the northwest after midnight.
