...RED FLAG WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FOR FAR SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...

Winds have lessened over far southwest Nebraska the last three
hours with winds generally less than 10 miles across the area.
Meantime, relative humidity is starting to slowly rise and is
anticipated to rise above 20 percent by 6 PM MST. As such, critical
fire weather conditions are no longer expected and the red flag
warning was allowed to expired. Fire weather concerns will be low
low tomorrow with cooler conditions in place, highs in the upper
40s.
