...Higher flows on Paradise Creek in Moscow overnight...

A combination of snow melt, warm temperatures and breezy winds have
increased the runoff across the Idaho Palouse. River levels on
Paradise Creek have increase rapidly again this afternoon and will
continue to be elevated during the night. Anticipate levels to
decrease on Saturday.
