* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 454 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Southwick
  Beach, or 11 nm north of Mexico Bay, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pillar Point, Black River Bay, Southwick Beach, Sackets Harbor,
  North Pond, Henderson Harbor, Chaumont Bay, Stony Point, Sandy
  Island Beach, and Oswego.
