* At 354 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 35 nm east of Racine to 24 nm east of Wind Pt.,
  moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
