...PATCHY FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT...

A few isolated patches of freezing rain are possible overnight,
mainly outside of the immediate DC/Arlington area, north of
Highway 50 in Prince Georges and Anne Arundel Counties, and over
northern and western portions of Fairfax and Prince William
Counties as well as in the lee of the Blue Ridge Mountains over
central Virginia. While widespread measurable freezing rain is
not anticipated, a light glaze of ice could form on elevated and
untreated surfaces over these areas as temperatures hover right
around freezing.
