  Northern Venango County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 442 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Guys Mills,
  or 12 miles north of Franklin, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Hasson Heights, Seneca, Rouseville,
  Cooperstown, Woodland Heights, Pleasantville, Utica, and Oil Creek
  State Park.
