URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Juneau AK
254 PM AKST Sat Feb 24 2024

...SNOW RETURNS TO THE PANHANDLE...

.A system moving into the eastern gulf will deliver snow to the
panhandle on Saturday. Greatest snow totals are expected for
parts of the southern panhandle. Precipitation will begin as
rain, or a rain/snow mix, for many locations before cooling
temperatures result in a changeover to snow. Snowfall totals will
be highly variable - should temperatures cool slower than
expected, lower snow totals could result.
