...FOG IMPACTING THE CHARLESTON HARBOR...

Periods of drizzle and areas of fog will reduce visibilities in
the Charleston Harbor to 1 to 3 NM at times this morning. While
not expected to become widespread, locally dense fog with
visibilities of 1 NM or less could occur, especially in the upper
harbor north of the Ravenel Bridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners are urged to navigate with extreme care. If you must
navigate in these conditions, proceed with caution. Use proper
fog signals, including fog horns. Make sure all navigational
running lights are on.
