Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 230 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 16 nm south of Jekyll Island to 10 nm east of Amelia City, moving south at 15 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
