.SYNOPSIS...Broad, developing low pressure E of the Delmarva
this evening will slowly track off to the E tonight through Fri.
A high pressure ridge will pass E across the area late Fri and
Fri night. Another low will move to the coast N of the area Sat
and Sat night, then move offshore over the N portion late Sun
into Mon night.
