This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Nevada...north
central Nevada...northeast Nevada...northwest Nevada and south
central Nevada.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Patchy areas of fog or freezing fog are still possible in valley
locations along Interstate 80 this morning. Any fog that forms
will rapidly dissipate by mid morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

A storm system will bring strong gusty winds, the potential for
isolated thunderstorms, valley rain, and mountain snow Wednesday
through Friday morning. Some spots could receive as much as an
inch of rain. Rain will turn to snow Thursday evening into Friday
morning with the potential for light accumulations of snow.
Significant snow is likely for elevations generally above 7000

A cold front will brush northern Nevada Friday and Saturday.
Light amounts of snow will be possible along the Interstate 80
corridor with much colder temperatures expected. At this time,
only minimal impacts are expected.


Spotter activation will not be needed at this time.
