.DISCUSSION...A weakening frontal band will be working its way north
through the panhandle to pass through the Sitka area is expected
move through the Sikta Area between 7 and 10 pm Saturday night.
Light rain may start in the afternoon and will increase in coverage
to the evening as the main front approaches.

For Flight operations today. Ceilings 1000-1500 feet, which should
stay in that level until near Midday and may lift upto 3000 to 3500 ft
in the afternoon and evening prior front lowering clouds back to
2000 to 2500 ft by 7 pm. Near ridge and mountain top level with front,
low level wind shear of 10 to 15 kt could be expected.
