...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN DECATUR COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for northwestern
Kansas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 PM CDT
FOR NORTHERN NORTON COUNTY...

At 1204 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of
Norton, moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northern Norton County, including the following locations... Reager
and Calvert.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for northwestern
Kansas.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
