.DISCUSSION...Winds will take a slight turn on Tuesday with more of a north
east component compared to the stronger west to northwest flow over the
last few days. Temperatures will trend slightly warmer as well as high
pressure strengthens over the region. The airmass will also remain fairly
dry with humidities falling into the middle teens near the burn area.
Stronger westerly flow is anticipated to return Thursday and Friday
as an upper level disturbances moves in Friday.
