For Soo Line East burn, Breezy southeast winds develop by late
morning, with occasional winds gusts over 35 mph possible.
Increasing humidity with the southeast flow will keep RH values
fairly high however, with min values staying at or above 40%.
Sustained winds will stay in the 20 to 25 mph range with
transport 25 to 30 mph.
