At 743 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 7 nm
south of Harbor Beach, moving northeast at 35 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  White Rock around 750 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include White
Rock and Richmondville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
