THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE/GRAND FORKS UNIVERSITY HAD NEAR NORMAL
TEMPERATURES AND WAS DRIER THAN NORMAL. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS
25.5 DEGREES OR 0.6 DEGREE BELOW NORMAL. NO DAILY RECORD
TEMPERATURES OCCURRED IN MARCH.

MARCH WAS A DRY MONTH WITH 0.38 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION AND WAS
0.64 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. NO DAILY PRECIPITATION RECORDS OCCURRED
IN MARCH.

MARCH HAD 7.0 INCHES OF SNOW AND WAS NEAR NORMAL. NORMAL IS
