THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER AT THE GRAND FORKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS
NORMAL. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 56.9 DEGREES WHICH MATCHES THE
NORMAL OF 56.9 DEGREES. THE FIRST HALF OF THE MONTH STARTED SLIGHTLY
COOLER, WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES DURING THE REST OF THE MONTH.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS MUCH BELOW NORMAL. TOTAL RAINFALL
WAS 0.30 INCHES WHICH WAS 1.75 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THIS MAKES THE
