.Summary...
Even though February was a little over half a degree above average,
it was still the coldest February in several years. The warmest
portion of the month was during the first few days, when
temperatures warmed into the lower 80s. Colder periods were
scattered throughout the remainder.

Rain fell during each week, and the month ended with a surplus of
over an inch.

Measurable snow fell for the first time in two years.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high temperature was the coldest since 2015. The average
low temperature was the coldest (or warmest) since 2019, as both
Februarys were equal. The average monthly temperature was the
coldest since 2015.

.Daily Temperatures...
Temperatures were above average on 13 days, below average on 15 days
and average on one day. There were 16 days with low temperatures at
or below freezing, which was exactly the same amount as last year,
and exactly at the 30-year average for the month. There was one day
with a high temperature at or above 80, which was the most since
2017.
