.Summary...
Though March did have its cooler moments, the month was generally
warmer than average and very close to average in terms of rainfall
(just slightly below). The coldest temperatures were during the
middle portion of the month, but by and large, they were insignificant.
There was only one freeze during the month, which was the fewest in
March in two years.

Even though rainfall was slightly below average, it was still the
wettest March in two years. And, rainfall was very frequent, with 20
days during the month having measurable rainfall.

Absolutely no snow fell for the fifth March in a row.

Even though no daily rainfall records were set during the month,
there were 20 days with measurable rainfall. This was the most for the
month since 2002, and the highest on record for the month. The previous
record for March days with measurable rainfall was 16 days, which
was originally set in 1927, and tied in 2002.

.Monthly Snowfall...
For the fifth March in a row, no snow fell. The last March snow at
Pine Bluff was recorded in 2015.
