The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Oceana County in west central Michigan...

* Until 930 PM EDT Tuesday.

* At 325 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. More than three inches of rain has already fallen.
  Oceana County Dispatch has reported a road washout near Harrison
  Road and 160th Ave west of Walkerville.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Elbridge, Colfax, Walkerville and Crystal Valley.


Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
