rivers in South Carolina...
  Black At Kingstree affecting Williamsburg County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People with interests along the river should take the necessary precautions to
protect life and property from the flood waters.

...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Black At Kingstree.
* until further notice.
* At 11:00 AM Saturday the stage was 12.64 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.4 feet by early Monday
  afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Flood waters will flow into some homes in the Kingstree
  area. Extensive flooding will occur along the remainder of the river.
