Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A cold front will enter the far offshore waters later today, and
slowly move near the central waters Thursday. The front will then
weaken into a trough and shift westward Friday.

kt W of 160W. Seas 6 to 7 ft. Isolated thunderstorms E of 160W.
.TONIGHT...Front entering far NW waters. E of 160W, SE winds 10
to 20 kt. W of 160W, SW winds up to 10 kt, rising to 10 to 15 kt
after midnight. Seas 6 to 7 ft. Isolated thunderstorms N of 20N.
.WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...NW half, NW to W winds 15 to 25
kt NW Half. SE half, SE winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft,
building to 6 to 12 ft in the afternoon. Isolated thunderstorms.
.THURSDAY...NW half, variable winds 15 kt or less. SE half, SE
