Carolina...

  Cape Fear River At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3 affecting
  Cumberland and Bladen Counties.

  Cape Fear River At Elizabethtown affecting Bladen County.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North
Carolina...

  Lumber River Near Lumberton affecting Robeson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY SATURDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cape Fear River at William O Huske Lock And Dam 3.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 50.0 feet, Extensive lowland flooding will occur
  along the river. The wildlife boat ramp at Tar Heel Ferry Road
  will likely be inaccessible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 41.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 50.9
    feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 42.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON TO LATE
SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cape Fear River at Elizabethtown.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon to late Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Flood waters may isolate residences off
  Larrimore Lane and Riverview Drive as Larrimore Lane becomes
  impassable.  Dozens of buildings nearer the river may become
  isolated within several miles of Elizabethtown.  Flooding may also
  affect Beagle Run Lane. Flooding of farm fields near the river
  worsens as does lowland flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:50 PM EDT Monday the stage was 16.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 29.7 feet early Thursday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Lumber River near Lumberton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Flood waters will affect yards in the
  Pines area, Coxs Pond area, and along River Road. Additional
  residential property will be affected between the Pepsi plant and
  the river on the east side of Lumberton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:50 PM EDT Monday the stage was 14.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0
    feet early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
