.SYNOPSIS FOR PASCAGOULA TO ATCHAFALAYA RIVER OUT 60 NM...

Hurricane Milton will move through the southern and eastern Gulf
Wednesday before making landfall along the Florida Peninsula. As
this system passes to the south and east of the waters, increased
northerly winds are expected through Thursday. Seas will also
increase due to a combination of wind waves and swell emanating from
the tropical cyclone. Elevated offshore flow will persist through
most of the week before relaxing this weekend as the pressure field
breaks down.
