...Discussion from Los Angeles/Oxnard...

Above normal temperatures today will steadily lower through Tuesday
when highs between 72 and 82 will be common. Minimum humidities will
remain between 10 and 20 percent through Saturday over the interior
areas with overnight recoveries between 20 and 40 percent. Steady
improvement to follow through Tuesday when minimums between 20 and
40 percent will be common. The marine layer will continue to
moderate coastal and adjacent valley areas. Onshore gusts of 20 to
35 mph will be common over interior areas each afternoon, strongest
over the weekend. North wind gusts of 25 to 40 mph will form over
southern Santa Barbara County and the I-5 Corridor each night
starting tonight or Saturday night, and lasting into Monday night. A
deep low pressure system will impact the entire west coast for the
middle to end of next week, with further cooling and a small chance
of rain. More significantly, there is a growing potential for
moderate to strong north winds Wednesday through Friday of next
week, with dry Santa Ana Winds to follow next weekend.
