* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  seas 6 to 9 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Murrells Inlet to South Santee
  River SC out 20 nm.

* WHEN...Thursday into early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas will
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
