New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build
across the region today, then shift E of the waters tonight.
Intensifying low pressure will cross E through the waters tonight
into Sun, then move well E and NE of the area later Sun and Sun
night. Another high will build E across the waters Mon and Mon
night, then shift SE of the region Tue. Another developing low
will track E while passing just S of the waters Tue night into
Wed. Yet another low and warm front will approach from the SW Wed
and Wed night as strong high pressure builds N of the region.
