.SYNOPSIS...Persistent moderate to fresh trade winds at the
southwestern Caribbean Sea will maintain moderate to fresh NE to
E winds across the Gulf of Papagayo through this weekend, peaking
at strong during the nighttime and early morning hours. Moderate
to rough seas will accompany these winds. Winds in the Gulf of
Panama will become moderate to fresh by Fri evening. Otherwise,
gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail
across the offshore waters of Central and South America into
early next week.
